I couldn’t resist a pilgrimage when I was on the Vineyard, and it was even lovelier than I remembered. Here’s an image I took of “Mix Tape” nestled into the entrance stone wall. This is an experimental cheese that Joe, the cheesemaker, plays with to create. It was better than the best Brie I’ve ever had. For now, it can be bought only at the farm.
