Couldn’t be more gorgeous! 77 degree air temp, 66 degree water temp. Nice enough to swim yesterday and today – the latest I’ve ever been doing laps in the ocean. Glorious – and why we live here!
It was surprising to see this lot in Gray Rocks in North Falmouth completely clear cut. But I did chuckle noticing how much more appealing “Gray Rocks” is for a neighborhood name than is “Brown Rocks”. Man, you’ve got to have respect for that glacial moraine!
Look closely, you can see West Falmouth pink granite, a long-ago sought-after product, and recently discovered in the steps of one of the churches downtown. Continue reading
