Dairy Queen is open!! All praise DQ…and go…
Yesterday was opening day at Seafood Sam’s, a sure sign of Spring!
Thank you, Mike Lewis.
You never know, and since we’ve become a town/state/nation/world of walkers in the past year, I’ve come across a lot of interesting things. This is MASSTC, The Massachusetts Alternative Septic System Test Center, a little-known site on the Mashpee/Falmouth border near Otis, that’s been in existence since the 1990’s, devising/testing/gathering data on numbers of different ways to treat waste. Who knew? Certainly not me, nor the friends I was with. But watch this video, and you’ll find out something that you almost certainly didn’t know about before, that happens to be really important.
Look closely, so many colors! Coincidentally, I maintain a website, falmouthcolors.com, where I post my snaps. Go anytime you want a reminder of how special this place is. There are hundreds of images there, from cranberries and sunsets to lobster rolls and Guy Fieri.
The sunshine was irresistible yesterday, and I headed straight for Chappy, just to walk, breathe, look – the best reasons to abandon tax prep! It always amazes me that regardless of how many times I’ve been there, and how many pictures I’ve taken, I always – always! – find new pictures to take. Here are some from yesterday. It’s why we live here…
